Design and develop HVAC systems for complex science, academic, healthcare, and commercial projects. Responsibilities include engineering calculations, concept designs, specifications, construction documents, design coordination, client and consultant communication, and construction-phase services such as submittal reviews, RFI responses, site observations, and punch lists.

Processes project billing transactions, prepares pre-bills and final client invoices, maintains project and client data, distributes financial reports, communicates project costs, resolves billing issues, and posts journal entries to the general ledger. The role also requires strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, accounting experience, and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary design and construction teams to advance sustainable building projects. Perform and document renewable energy, carbon, wellness, water, daylight, and certification analyses. Track project activities toward sustainability goals, support LEED and related certifications, and develop internal tools and educational content focused on emerging sustainability practices and design approaches.
