Leads complex transit and rail design-build infrastructure projects from proposal development through construction support. Responsibilities include managing multidisciplinary teams, schedules, budgets, deliverables, quality control, client and contractor relationships, technical reports, proposals, and construction coordination. The role also supports business development, technical presentations, staff mentorship, risk management, and transportation practice growth.
