Designs and implements analytical and systems solutions to support CLO operations. Works with stakeholders to automate processes, analyze data, build database-driven reporting, and deliver solutions using SQL, VBA/VBS, and Python. Manages multiple priorities and drives projects from concept through implementation with minimal oversight.

Supervise fund administration teams managing compliance programs, regulatory filings, financial statements, audits, expenses, client relationships, and service-provider coordination for investment fund clients. Provide regulatory and technical guidance, oversee staff development, improve procedures, support board reporting and business growth, and drive department-level initiatives. The role requires extensive mutual fund administration or public accounting experience, CPA certification or candidacy, and advanced knowledge of investment fund regulations and accounting principles.

Supervise closed-end fund administration and compliance operations, including regulatory filings, financial statements, SEC reporting, audits, fund expenses, and board materials. Serve as the primary client contact and coordinate with advisors, custodians, attorneys, auditors, and other service providers. Lead and develop staff, provide regulatory guidance, improve procedures, identify operational issues, and support new client or product initiatives.
