Lead new-logo business development for SMART by identifying, prospecting, and closing healthcare staffing clients. Build relationships with hospitals and clinics, generate leads via outreach and events, negotiate service agreements, maintain CRM pipeline, meet sales targets, and transition new accounts to Account Managers while monitoring market trends and specialty expansion opportunities.

Research and resolve payment posting discrepancies between Athena and USACS systems; post paper remittances and ERA files; reconcile third-party vendor accounts; communicate with payers to obtain missing information; transition one-time card payers to EFT/ACH; monitor trends and meet production and quality targets.

Create and manage clinician schedules across multiple hospital sites using Shift Admin and scheduling rules. Optimize staffing by prioritizing local/full-time clinicians, coordinate locum usage, collaborate with leadership and credentialing, run reports and analytics, handle escalations and last-minute changes, and integrate schedules with Workday payroll. Maintain provider satisfaction and ensure continuity of care and budget adherence.
