Lead enterprise design and deployment of standardized, scalable bovine IVF production systems. Drive process architecture, SPC, automation, AI/advanced analytics, Lean/Six Sigma, quality systems, and organizational development to reduce variability, increase throughput, and ensure consistent outcomes across laboratories and field operations.
