Provide academic advising to undergraduate and graduate students on program and course requirements, maintain and analyze student records, perform proactive outreach for retention, collaborate with university offices, prepare retention reports, and support student persistence using web-based resources and standard office technologies.

Provide technical, administrative, and accessibility support for online courses and LMS users. Troubleshoot LMS and integrated tools, perform accessibility and UX audits, build and update course content, create captions/transcripts, deliver trainings, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure course readiness and WCAG 2.2 compliance.

Part-time QA specialist performs structured reviews of online courses using the CQCE Course Audit Tool, documents findings, ensures WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility, executes minor course updates (HTML, LMS tasks, LTI), and collaborates with instructional designers to improve course quality and compliance.
