Teams at United Rentals

Serve as primary customer contact to recommend equipment and services, process quotes/reservations/contracts, establish accounts, negotiate rental pricing, dispatch deliveries, generate and relay leads, perform outreach to retain business, maintain showroom stock and presentation, and handle other branch duties to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Perform manual branch tasks including inspecting, cleaning, loading/unloading, preparing and demonstrating rental equipment, and driving a delivery truck for pickups and drop-offs while supporting technicians and sales staff.

Drive territory sales by prospecting and managing customer relationships for equipment rentals. Prepare sales plans and presentations, cross-sell with specialty divisions, use Salesforce/CRM to build pipeline, monitor competitors, and meet revenue targets. Ensure compliance with safety policies.
