Serve as primary customer contact to recommend equipment and services, process quotes/reservations/contracts, establish accounts, negotiate rental pricing, dispatch deliveries, generate and relay leads, perform outreach to retain business, maintain showroom stock and presentation, and handle other branch duties to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Drive territory sales by prospecting and managing customer relationships for equipment rentals. Prepare sales plans and presentations, cross-sell with specialty divisions, use Salesforce/CRM to build pipeline, monitor competitors, and meet revenue targets. Ensure compliance with safety policies.

Serve customers and grow branch revenue by renting and selling specialty equipment, handling telemarketing and call-in accounts, processing quotes/contracts/invoices, educating customers on equipment use and safety, tracking inventory and coordinating equipment logistics with branch staff to ensure smooth operations.
