Lead Deal Desk execution and continuous improvement: support complex enterprise deals, validate pricing and contracts, coordinate approvals, manage escalations, ensure Salesforce/CPQ data integrity, analyze deal trends, develop processes, documentation, reporting, and train sales and cross-functional teams.

Lead and grow a data engineering team to design, build, and operate scalable, cost-efficient data lakehouse pipelines and infrastructure. Define technical strategy, enforce engineering best practices (CI/CD, testing, monitoring), own roadmap and capacity planning, collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders, manage on-call and operational automation, and hire talent. Ensure data governance, lineage, and compliance in a regulated healthcare environment.

Lead operational execution of community strategy by standardizing processes, managing escalation tracking in Salesforce, coordinating with RevOps/Analytics, enabling Customer Success and Sales, driving retention and partner engagement, maintaining SOPs/playbooks, tracking metrics and surveys, and supporting community marketing and events.
