Administer and support ClearPath OS2200 environments including installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, monitoring, capacity planning, and lifecycle management. Troubleshoot performance issues, tune systems, manage storage/tape, workloads, databases, middleware and batch/transaction processing. Develop automation, runbooks, documentation, participate in on-call incident response, and follow ITIL change management. Support firmware/Plateau installations and SCMS II configuration, and collaborate with teams and customers for disaster recovery and continuous service improvement.

Design, install, and administer ClearPath OS2200 RDMS/DMS database environments; perform monitoring, tuning, backup/recovery, upgrades, DR testing, ITIL-driven incident/change management, automation, multi-customer managed services support, on-call rotation, and documentation.
