As a Principal in Design, you will lead and implement design strategies, foster collaboration, manage client relationships, and ensure exceptional quality for design projects while upholding corporate social responsibility and Unispace values.

Lead end-to-end commercial workplace design projects, manage senior client relationships, drive pitches and RFPs, mentor design teams, champion studio best practices and sustainability, manage design risks and collaborate across sales, preconstruction, and delivery to deliver technically excellent, innovative workplace solutions.

Lead multiple commercial workplace and interior construction projects from preconstruction through completion. Act as primary client contact, manage programme, budgets, risk and commercial performance, mentor project teams, coordinate with site superintendents, consultants and subcontractors, and help establish Unispace's Austin delivery presence.
