Plan lab layouts, coordinate technical documentation, collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with building codes and regulatory standards, support construction administration, and apply QA/QC processes. Present design concepts, resolve technical challenges with consultants and delivery teams, and help maintain design intent through project delivery.

Lead workplace and life sciences interior design projects from concept through construction documentation. Partner with clients, guide project teams, develop coordinated drawings and finish palettes, present design solutions, and ensure compliance with building systems, codes, and technical requirements. Balance creativity, user experience, business goals, and constructability while collaborating across disciplines and contributing to winning work.
