Teams at Uncommon Schools

Manage student and teacher data, state reporting, and regional compliance for Boston schools. Provide operational support for certification, enrollment, NSLP reimbursement, assessment logistics, purchasing, and regional office operations while partnering with school teams and Home Office to maintain data integrity and meet regulatory deadlines.

Lead identification, evaluation, and delivery of special education services. Coordinate assessments, IEPs, classroom accommodations, pull-out instruction, team meetings, compliance with state and federal special education law, recordkeeping, and curriculum/assessment design. Collaborate with teachers and administrators to support students with academic, emotional, and physical needs.
