Teams at Uncommon Schools

Coordinate and deliver special education services including IEP compliance, assessments, pull-out and in-class instruction, team meetings, teacher accommodations, student records, and regulatory reporting to support students with disabilities.

Provide daily nursing care to students, manage medications and health equipment, conduct state-mandated screenings, maintain accurate physical and electronic health records, communicate with families and staff, ensure compliance with state health requirements, and support school health initiatives and reporting.
