Teams at Unbridled

Manage schedules, budgets, resources, timelines, deliverables, version control, printing, shipping, and inventory for creative and content projects. Coordinate graphic design, animation, video, print, copy, and presentation deliverables across internal teams, clients, and partners. Lead meetings, document decisions, track action items, manage invoices, and maintain collaboration through project management systems. The role requires multitasking, strong communication, attention to detail, flexibility, and travel of approximately 2–10 days per month.

Support sales, strategy, and marketing teams for meetings and events: qualify leads, assist with proposals, manage contracts/invoices, source venues, support business development, track budgets, and attend industry events including some evenings and weekends.
