Oversee monthly and quarterly close activities for private credit funds, including general ledger review, financial statement support, transaction accounting, interest and PIK income calculations, and debt-related reporting. Communicate with General Partners, auditors, and lenders; interpret governing documents; review compliance deliverables; and manage multiple client and internal deadlines.

Prepares accurate financial statements, investment schedules, footnote disclosures, and work papers for hedge funds and private equity funds. Responds to client inquiries, applies accounting principles and internal controls, completes special projects, and supports team coordination. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, time-management, and client-service skills while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Reviews journal entries, general ledgers, financial statements, reporting packages, capital calls, distributions, wires, and complex waterfall and management fee calculations. Coordinates client deliverables, investor communications, onboarding, special projects, and team training. Supports accounting analysis, financial reporting, internal controls, and client service while managing multiple deadlines.
