Lead UAV flight-test campaigns from simulation through field deployment. Coordinate software, hardware, personnel, vehicles, ranges, and authorities; develop and approve flight-test plans, hazard analyses, test cards, and reports; maintain fleet readiness; establish telemetry and data pipelines; and investigate anomalies or structural failures. The role requires substantial field presence, FAA compliance coordination, hands-on UAV testing, and familiarity with Linux, flight software, instrumentation, telemetry, and data analysis.

Design and optimize computer-vision and robotics ML models for constrained edge devices, build large-scale training and fine-tuning pipelines, compress and deploy models to embedded accelerators, profile on-device inference for latency and accuracy, and write maintainable Python/C++ code while staying current on state-of-the-art techniques.

Design and develop electrical board assemblies and RF chains for autonomous air vehicles: select components, perform PCB layout, prototype, test, debug, run RF link-budget analyses, and implement encoding/compression as needed. Support field testing and production deployment.
