Lead and manage a UAS flight test program: design and execute structured test campaigns, coordinate flight operations and range logistics, mentor test personnel, validate autonomy and aircraft performance with multidisciplinary teams, drive root-cause investigations, and ensure safe execution and operational discipline across developmental and operational test environments.

Design, develop, and optimize onboard and offboard software for unmanned aerial vehicles. Implement and integrate robotics and computer-vision capabilities, write clean C++ and Python code, and contribute to CI/CD, test-driven development, large-scale dataset evaluation, simulation, and integration pipelines to move research into production.

Design and develop electrical board assemblies and RF systems for autonomous air vehicles: component selection, PCB layout, sourcing, programming, test and debug; perform RF link budget and RF chain design; implement encoding and compression methods; conduct field testing of RF components.
