Serves as the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries through phone, email, and live chat. Builds customer relationships, resolves issues, answers product questions, provides recommendations, records feedback, and supports customer satisfaction. The role also involves upselling and cross-selling products and services while independently managing multiple customer interactions in an organized and professional manner.

Handles accounts receivable billing, including tracking outstanding balances, calculating and issuing invoices, processing payments, updating accounting records, sending payment reminders, and resolving billing questions. Ensures billing data accuracy, maintains confidentiality, prepares customer statements, and reports billing activity to management. Requires strong math, organization, communication, computer, and Microsoft Excel skills, with billing or general accounting experience preferred.

Maintains and organizes physical and electronic records, ensures compliance with data protection requirements, prepares reports, coordinates accurate record-keeping across departments, and conducts regular audits. The role requires attention to detail, organizational and data-entry skills, familiarity with record management systems, communication abilities, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
