Teams at Tulip

Senior individual contributor owning Tulip's visual brand and marketing design system. Build and maintain component libraries, templates, and campaign creative across paid, organic, email, and events. Create AI-assisted design workflows, image generation pipelines, and prompt systems. Produce or direct short-form video and motion assets. Collaborate with Revenue Marketing, Product Marketing, Content, Digital, and external agencies to ensure cohesive execution.

The Account Executive will drive revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle, develop effective sales strategies, and build relationships with key stakeholders in targeted industries.

Lead and scale a distributed BDR team, own methodology, playbooks, tooling, comp and reporting; deploy AI for prospecting and qualification; align Sales, Revenue Marketing, and GTM Operations; manage performance, career paths, and pipeline targets across US and EMEA pods.
