Provides administrative and clinical support for an OBGYN practice: schedules appointments, manages patient check-in, insurance verification, revenue cycle tasks, collects copays, prepares medical records in the EMR, answers phones, assists providers, and participates in performance improvement projects to support clinic operations and patient experience.

The OB/GYN Physician will provide comprehensive care in obstetrics and gynecology, participate in call schedules, collaborate with a care team, and foster patient relationships in a community-focused practice.

Supervise clinical administrative and billing staff, manage daily operations including scheduling and templates, train and coach staff, serve as super-user for hospital systems, lead quality improvement and efficiency projects, support hiring and performance processes, and oversee revenue, charge capture, and patient-facing administrative activities.
