Teams at Tufin

The AI System Architect will oversee AI integration strategy, system governance, and architecture for enterprise applications, leading a technical team and shaping AI initiatives across platforms.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers to drive adoption of the Tufin platform and Guided Success service. Develop and execute adoption plans, monitor customer health and success metrics, coordinate cross-functional teams (TAMs, Professional Services, Support, Sales), handle escalations, support renewals and expansions, and represent customer feedback to Product Management.

Deliver technical product demonstrations and architecture presentations to prospective customers and partners. Assess customers' security policy management maturity, recommend solutions, support sales teams, train partners, collect product feedback, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Delivery, and R&D. Provide written and oral product guidance and evangelize solutions at events.
