Provide high-touch administrative and office management support to Partners and Principals across search engagements. Manage scheduling, travel coordination, expense reporting, candidate/client communications, database maintenance, and office operations. Serve onsite three days weekly, liaise with vendors, run events and conference room scheduling, and assist HR as needed to ensure a seamless candidate and employee experience.

Key responsibilities include troubleshooting complex technical issues, mentoring junior team members, streamlining processes, and ensuring quality assurance in IT support.

Support Partners and Principals in search execution: manage calendars and scheduling, coordinate domestic and international travel, maintain the Thrive candidate database, process expense reports, and produce client/candidate documents to ensure a white-glove search experience.
