It also provides legal research and practice support, tracks trends, curates attorney contributions, manages confidential information, and partners across the firm to improve operational efficiency and knowledge-sharing.

The Docketing Analyst manages domestic and international trademark docket portfolios, monitors deadlines, processes USPTO and foreign agency correspondence, maintains docket databases and electronic files, and supports IP attorneys and staff. Responsibilities include audits, mass data updates, document processing, reporting, and resolving complex docketing issues while ensuring compliance, accuracy, confidentiality, and timely workflow completion.
