Supports business development for the Transactional and Private Equity and Investment Funds practices. Responsibilities include market and client research, business development strategy, event and sponsorship coordination, attorney profile promotion, thought leadership, pitch and RFP development, legal directory submissions, budget tracking, CRM and marketing database maintenance, and client inquiry response. The role requires strong communication, organization, project management, confidentiality, and collaboration skills.

Supports intellectual property attorneys and paralegals with U.S. and international patent prosecution. Responsibilities include preparing and electronically filing USPTO documents, managing patent docket deadlines, drafting client correspondence, coordinating inventor forms, responding to client instructions, maintaining portfolio spreadsheets and records in iManage, and ensuring compliance with filing procedures. The role requires accurate, confidential work, client communication, billable-time tracking, and at least two years of patent prosecution experience.
