Remote Client Success Manager owns 20–40 Amazon client accounts end-to-end: onboarding, strategy, weekly performance analysis, and retention. Coordinate daily with PPC strategists, execute structured processes, log changes, escalate issues quickly, and maintain 2-hour business-hour responsiveness. Operate in a fast-paced agency environment using Amazon and analytics tools to drive profitability and prevent churn.

Manage end-to-end Amazon accounts: create and optimize PPC campaigns, conduct keyword and competitor research, monitor budgets and performance, produce analytics reports, collaborate with internal teams, and own client communication and growth strategy to drive profitable scale.

Manage a pod of ~30 clients as primary contact and strategic advisor. Own client relationships, communicate funnel strategy, translate campaign results, direct creative, drive retention and upsells, and bridge client needs to the fulfillment team.
