Provides direct nursing care to senior living residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, monitoring medical and behavioral changes, developing and reassessing care plans, following physician orders, coordinating interdisciplinary care, and supervising resident assistants. Reports community and resident conditions to health services leadership and responds to emergencies.

Leads human resources, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, compliance, benefits, and workforce planning for a senior living community. Oversees payroll processing, accounts payable, financial reporting, budget-related procedures, and employee documentation. Supervises and develops the Concierge team while promoting hospitality, resident satisfaction, and a positive workplace culture. Partners with leaders on staffing, performance management, retention, and operational excellence.

Provides accounting and clerical support for a continuing care retirement community. Responsibilities include entering resident and health center billing data, preparing deposits, reviewing and entering accounts payable invoices, forwarding invoices for approval, and generating checks. The role also supports the Director of Financial Services with daily department coordination and requires strong hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
