Senior executive leading People strategy for a national, remote nonprofit. Build scalable HR infrastructure, lead People team, manage labor relations with a union, embed DEIB across the employee lifecycle, restore HR operations (payroll, rewards, leave), and partner with executive leaders to drive organizational change and workforce planning. Occasional travel required.

Lead quantitative research on LGBTQ+ youth mental health and suicidology using national cross-sectional and longitudinal surveys. Design analyses, co-author peer-reviewed manuscripts and public reports, present findings to stakeholders, inform survey design, collaborate across teams, mentor on quantitative methods, and support data-informed program initiatives.
