Leads complex IT initiatives and serves as the primary technical escalation point. Administers Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Okta, endpoint security, identity, and access-management systems. Develops PowerShell automation, troubleshoots advanced technical issues, supports employees globally with internal engineers and MSPs, maintains ITSM documentation, and advises IT Operations leadership on tools, standards, vendors, and continuous improvement.

Provides strategic and operational leadership for analytical development and quality control across small-molecule and ADC programs in a fully outsourced environment. Oversees method development, validation, transfer, characterization, GMP testing, stability, investigations, specifications, regulatory submissions, external laboratories, and CDMO relationships. Partners with technical operations, quality, regulatory, and manufacturing teams to advance products from preclinical development through commercialization while ensuring global regulatory and data-integrity compliance.

The VP of Quality oversees strategic and operational Quality functions across drug development, ensuring compliance and managing quality systems, audits, and inspections. They lead cross-functional collaborations and maintain quality standards throughout manufacturing and clinical operations.

Lead statistical strategy and execution for early-phase (Phase I/II) oncology trials, including trial design, dose-finding modeling (e.g., BOIN), statistical analyses, SAP authoring, CDISC-compliant data mapping, CRO oversight, IND submission support, and creation of dynamic visualizations and reports for stakeholders.

Lead global pharmacovigilance operations and strategy, overseeing internal and vendor safety activities, signal detection, risk management, aggregate safety reporting, regulatory submissions support, inspection readiness, SOPs and quality compliance, and cross-functional safety governance from early development through commercialization.
