Partner with sales and customer success teams to understand business needs, analyze requirements, recommend solutions, configure applications, conduct tailored demonstrations, support quotes, proposals, proofs of concept, and thought-leadership activities. Build expertise in Nuvolo and ServiceNow, communicate complex solutions clearly, and provide product and industry insights to customers, prospects, partners, and internal teams.

Prepare accurate, timely quotes for light commercial and residential HVAC equipment; validate pricing, configurations, availability, freight, lead times, and warranties; collaborate with branch teams and sales to resolve technical inquiries; interpret specifications and drawings; manage workload to meet turnaround targets and improve quoting tools and processes.
