Serves as the President’s strategic right hand, managing daily priorities, inbox and Slack communications, calendar, meeting follow-ups, executive onboarding, travel logistics, board preparation, and cross-functional coordination. The role requires strong judgment, discretion, organization, project management, data analysis, presentation skills, and the ability to create structure in a fast-growing, ambiguous environment while providing candid executive support.

Manage daily accounting activities, client trust funds, settlement proceeds, reconciliations, ledgers, disbursements, journal entries, reporting, and close activities. Investigate discrepancies, support audits, strengthen internal controls, and improve accounting workflows. Collaborate with Accounting, Legal, Treasury, Settlement, and Operations teams while maintaining compliance and confidentiality in a rapidly scaling remote law firm.

Own AWS and GCP security, reliability, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, monitoring, incident response, engineering tooling, and cloud cost optimization. Establish shared DevOps practices, implement secure deployment strategies, administer tools, support multiple teams, and improve platform delivery and operational processes.
