Manage and grow a remote helpdesk team while providing hands-on tier 2/3 support. Own ticket triage, SLAs/KPIs, onboarding/offboarding, M365/Google Workspace and Azure AD administration, endpoint management via Intune/MDM, vendor and asset lifecycle, security policy enforcement, documentation, and process improvement.

Full-cycle high-volume recruiting for Case Managers, Paralegals, Settlement Supervisors, and Specialists. Build sourcing, screening, interview workflows, and referral pipelines. Manage ATS hygiene, reporting, and commission tracking while using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to automate and scale hiring processes.

Lead TopDog's reputation strategy and execution: build the founder platform, run earned media, enable attorney public presence and recruiting communications, position the firm for referrals, tell the firm's tech/process story, amplify wins, develop narrative and transition messaging, own crisis response, and manage PR agencies and vendors in partnership with CMO and General Counsel.

Serve as a high-impact executive partner to the President: manage inbox/Slack, calendar, meeting transcripts and action items, coordinate cross-functional projects, support onboarding/travel/board prep, and provide candid judgment to protect strategic time.

Lead analytics for law firm operations by writing advanced SQL and Python/R scripts, building executive dashboards, standardizing KPIs, analyzing case lifecycle metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and delivering actionable recommendations to drive capacity planning and process improvements.

Supervise the settlement team to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing of case settlements; manage workflows, quality control, KPI tracking, audits, and cross-functional collaboration with attorneys and finance while coaching and developing staff.

Manage law firm partners by analyzing performance metrics, diagnosing issues, and driving improvement through data-driven partnerships. Collaborate with teams and communicate effectively to enhance client outcomes.

Manage end-to-end People Ops functions including leaves of absence (FMLA/ADA/state leaves), employee relations and investigations, compliance across multiple states, HRIS administration (Rippling), onboarding, manager enablement, process documentation, and continuous improvement to support a rapidly scaling national law firm.

The Business Development Representative role involves identifying and closing law firm referral partnerships, evaluating partners based on data, negotiating contracts, and managing a sales pipeline efficiently while driving growth for TopDog Law.
