Configure, develop, test, deploy, and support Origami Risk insurance applications and integrations. Translate insurance requirements into scalable solutions involving forms, business rules, rating, underwriting, reporting, APIs, data exchanges, batch processes, and third-party systems. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders throughout the application lifecycle, troubleshoot production issues, manage configuration changes, support releases, and apply low-code/no-code and software engineering practices.

Performs reinsurance and staff accounting activities, including managing gross and ceded reinsurance balances, preparing journal entries, supporting month-end close, reconciling general ledger accounts, recording settlements, setting up treaties, researching discrepancies, preparing reports, and assisting auditors. The role works with accounting, underwriting, claims, reinsurers, brokers, and internal departments while maintaining accurate financial and reinsurance system records.

Provides security operations and technical support for MDR customers, including alert investigation, incident response support, log analysis, remediation validation, endpoint onboarding, platform administration, compliance reviews, and security advisory guidance. The role troubleshoots MDR technologies, documents findings and runbooks, supports escalated DFIR investigations, and collaborates with technical account managers, MDR teams, and customers.
