Lead and execute DFIR investigations for ransomware and BEC incidents: act as incident commander, manage triage/response, mentor and build DFIR team, develop IR processes, perform forensic analysis across endpoints, networks, memory and cloud, and communicate findings to clients and stakeholders.

Serve as trusted technical advisor for MDR clients: lead onboarding and deployment of EDR/MDR (Sophos, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace), manage client relationships and QBRs, drive TAM processes, mentor future TAMs, coordinate cross-functional handoffs, provide pre-sales technical support, and build onboarding documentation and playbooks.

Drive profitable growth by recruiting and expanding relationships with crop insurance agents across the eastern U.S. Perform targeted sales outreach, attend trade shows, monitor industry trends, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored agent solutions. Maintain producer databases, track sales metrics, ensure regulatory and SRA compliance, and travel extensively to support and grow books of business.
