Leads Tive’s reverse logistics and refurbishment operations across Boston and Kosovo. Owns returns, RMA, receiving, refurbishment, repair quality, capacity planning, inventory, disposal, and operational metrics. Builds internal capacity and an external partner network, managing KPIs, SLAs, and QBRs. Partners with engineering on failure analysis, corrective actions, and product improvement while supporting NPI programs. This hands-on leader manages teams, improves throughput and efficiency, and reports performance to executives.

Own global regulatory compliance and product certifications for wireless, cellular, and battery-powered hardware. Lead compliance through new product introduction, manage certification labs and budgets, prepare regulatory filings, maintain approvals and documentation, support RF and hardware debugging, oversee battery and environmental requirements, and coordinate with trade compliance to ensure products can be legally sold and shipped worldwide.

Lead development of customer-facing analytics and internal dashboards by building advanced SQL models, optimizing visualizations, and maintaining data models. Drive analytics priorities, improve team processes, present findings to leadership, and participate in agile planning and peer review to support product, operations, and commercial teams.
