Own B2B marketing strategy and growth for healthcare practitioner and enterprise channels. Develop lifecycle, paid, organic, content, webinar, and partner campaigns; launch new B2B offerings; optimize acquisition, activation, retention, attribution, and ROI; and translate complex microbiome science into compelling clinical education and sales collateral. Collaborate with science, clinical, partnerships, sales, product, and operations teams while managing agencies or contractors as needed.

Analyze microbiome and longitudinal clinical data, develop biomarkers and microbiome metrics using statistical and machine learning methods, and create visualizations, reports, protocols, and study reports. The role supports research, product development, scientific publications, proposals, and clinical studies while collaborating independently with microbiome experts in a remote-first startup environment.

Build and scale production AI systems, APIs, data pipelines, retrieval systems, and model-serving infrastructure for consumer and clinician-facing health products. Integrate and fine-tune LLMs and other models, manage AI feature lifecycles from prototyping through monitoring, and ensure reliability and observability. Collaborate with engineering, product, and science teams. More senior candidates may lead AI architecture, roadmap development, and mentoring.
