Provides direct nursing care to senior living residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, monitoring medical and behavioral changes, developing and reassessing care plans, following physician orders, coordinating interdisciplinary care, supervising resident assistants, and reporting community and resident conditions to the Director of Health Services.

Leads human resources for a senior living community while overseeing payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, and business office operations. Manages recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, compliance, benefits, HR records, workforce planning, and HR reporting. Provides leadership and development for the Concierge team, promoting hospitality and service excellence for residents, families, visitors, and employees.

Performs data entry and clerical accounting support for a continuing care retirement community. Responsibilities include compiling resident and healthcare billing data, recording deposits, reviewing accounts payable invoices, entering payables, routing invoices for approval, and generating checks. The role also assists the Director of Financial Services with daily department coordination and requires a hospitality-focused approach.
