Lead nationwide disaster recovery and survivor assistance programs (IA, DCMP, housing recovery). Manage staffing, budgets, schedules, compliance with FEMA and federal grant rules, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and program performance. Provide technical guidance, audit-ready documentation, and support business development and proposal efforts.

The Director/Business Unit Leader will enhance the R&R business unit, developing strategies, managing projects, and supporting federal and state recovery efforts while leading a multidisciplinary team.

The Director of Business Development is responsible for sales strategy, team leadership, pipeline governance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets in SLTT markets.
