Owns capabilities across TIAA’s annuitization platform and lifetime income products. Develops roadmaps, defines and prioritizes epics, supports solution design, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, and drives adoption, risk mitigation, and business value. Uses SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau to analyze performance, customer feedback, complaints, and remediation trends. Creates executive presentations and dashboards, serves as a subject matter expert, and partners with Product, Technology, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Regulatory teams on product initiatives.

Partners with wealth management advisors to identify high-net-worth clients’ goals, analyze financial situations, develop customized investment and retirement plans, and provide ongoing guidance. Manages and grows client relationships, retains assets, identifies additional products and services, generates referrals, conducts investment research, and meets sales targets while addressing regulatory, liquidity, and tax considerations.

Manage and grow a high-net-worth client book by delivering fiduciary financial planning and investment strategies, acting as primary client contact, collaborating with specialists, and proactively expanding relationships through sales and practice-building activities.
