Own a portfolio of SaaS client accounts from implementation through renewal and expansion. Lead integrations, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, monitor engagement and outcomes data, conduct executive business reviews, manage risks, and communicate recommendations. Build account strategies, support retention and growth targets, negotiate renewal and pricing conversations, and represent client feedback internally. The role requires strong organization, executive communication, data interpretation, and the ability to quickly learn technical products and implementation processes.

Lead data analysis for product and customer decision-making by defining metrics, measuring adoption, engagement, retention, and customer health, and translating complex data into actionable insights. Partner with product, engineering, customer success, and sales teams; automate and improve data processes; support product strategy and customer reviews; strengthen data governance; and mentor analysts.

The GRC and Privacy Analyst will administer compliance automation, maintain continuous control monitoring, support audits, and manage security and privacy programs. Responsibilities include mapping controls to SOC 2, ISO, HIPAA, HITRUST, NIST, and AI risk frameworks; conducting risk assessments; tracking remediation; documenting evidence; applying privacy regulations such as GDPR; coordinating cross-functional compliance projects; and using AI tools to improve compliance workflows.
