Develops business opportunities and revenue for the forensics practice across the Northeast. Responsibilities include building client and consultant relationships, attending networking and industry events, supporting business development planning, coordinating technical representation, facilitating win-loss debriefs, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating with marketing and practice leaders. The role requires frequent regional travel and occasional national conference participation.

Lead and manage façade engineering projects, serve as client primary contact, perform structural and thermal analyses, prepare 2D/3D detailing, coordinate teams and construction administration, conduct site inspections, and support business development and financial tracking.

Lead design and execution of global compensation, benefits, and leave programs. Manage vendor relationships, run RFPs and negotiations, ensure compliance, support Workday configuration, develop Total Rewards analytics, and coach a team of specialists across multiple countries.
