Teams at Thom Child and Family Services

Provide administrative support for an early intervention program serving children birth–3: answer phones, process referrals, schedule assessments, maintain ThomConnect and Access databases, manage emails and calendars, coordinate transportation and medical records, perform office maintenance, and assist program staff under the Office Manager/Program Director.

Provide home- and community-based early intervention services to infants and toddlers (birth–3) and their families. Conduct assessments, develop and implement IFSP goals, document progress, coordinate services, facilitate parent-child interactions, and provide culturally responsive family support and education.

Provide home- and community-based early intervention services to infants and toddlers (0-3) at risk for developmental delays. Conduct assessments, develop and implement IFSP goals, document progress, coordinate services, support families, facilitate parent-child interactions, and participate in multidisciplinary teams with culturally humble, family-centered practice.
