Provides administrative and office support for an early intervention program serving children from birth to age three and their families. Responsibilities include answering inquiries, processing referrals, scheduling assessments, maintaining calendars and client databases, managing records and communications, coordinating transportation, supporting group activities, and maintaining office supplies and organization. Requires strong communication, confidentiality, multitasking, organization, and attention to detail.

Provides home- and community-based early intervention services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays or risks. Conducts assessments, develops and monitors Individual Family Service Plans, coaches parents, facilitates developmental activities, coordinates services, documents progress, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams. Services are individualized, culturally responsive, and family-centered. Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese proficiency is required.

Provides home- and community-based early intervention services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays or risks. Conducts multidisciplinary assessments, evaluates child and family progress, develops and implements individualized family service plans, coaches parents, facilitates developmental activities, coordinates services, and completes documentation. Requires fluent Spanish, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and at least 300 hours of practicum or work experience with young children.
