Oversees HR operations including employee relations, benefits, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, unemployment claims, training, compliance, HR metrics, and payroll support. Supervises the HR Coordinator, serves as a strategic partner to HR leadership, manages benefits and open enrollment, administers FMLA and Massachusetts PFML processes, supports investigations and accommodations, and ensures accurate, legally compliant HR practices across the organization.

Provides administrative and office support for an early intervention program serving children from birth to age three and their families. Responsibilities include answering calls, processing referrals, scheduling intakes and assessments, maintaining calendars and client databases, managing records and email, coordinating transportation, supporting group activities, and maintaining office supplies and files. The role requires confidentiality, organization, multitasking, and professional communication with families, staff, medical providers, and referral sources.
