Provides strategic HR leadership in a global matrixed organization. Partners with senior executives to translate business priorities into people strategies, leads talent management, organizational development, change management, and organizational design initiatives, and advises leaders on complex HR matters. Uses analytics to guide decisions, drives culture change and transformation, coordinates global HR solutions, and develops inclusive, high-performing teams while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Develop and execute global, multi-channel B2B marketing programs for single-use products. Responsibilities include customer and competitor analysis, product positioning, messaging, digital channel optimization, technical content creation, sales enablement materials, brand management, regional marketing coordination, and stakeholder collaboration across a matrixed organization.

Serves as a strategic HR business partner to corporate function leaders in a global, matrix organization. Translates business strategy into HR initiatives, leads talent and succession planning, supports organizational design and change management, advises on employee relations and compensation, analyzes workforce data, and drives engagement and leadership effectiveness. Partners with HR centers of excellence, shared services, and works councils while supporting enterprise programs and maintaining compliance with employment laws.
