Improve manufacturing processes, equipment, automation, safety, quality, and cost performance from scrap melting through finished products. Lead technology implementation and equipment projects, collaborate with facilities, maintenance, operations, and controls teams, analyze process data, troubleshoot control issues, and manage projects through installation and commissioning. The role requires strong PLC, HMI, and control-system expertise in an industrial manufacturing environment, with minimal site travel.

Coordinate onsite training activities, including scheduling, communications, attendance, record retention, training matrices, and compliance documentation. Lead biweekly new-hire orientation and onboarding, maintain employee records, and provide administrative support through data entry, reporting, directories, organizational charts, and meeting documentation. Assist with modernizing digital training systems, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting site safety objectives.

Lead and develop manufacturing managers to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity goals. Translate site strategy into operational plans, oversee production schedules and KPIs, drive lean continuous-improvement initiatives, manage operational budgets, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve performance.
