Manages a portfolio of approximately 150 major-gift donors and prospects, securing five- and six-figure gifts to support a $325M+ campaign and broader organizational priorities. Responsibilities include prospect identification, donor cultivation, solicitation, proposal development, gift closure, stewardship, CRM tracking, prospect research, campaign pipeline management, regional partnerships, and donor events. The role requires travel across Massachusetts and some evening and weekend availability.

Lead financial strategy and operations for a large nonprofit, overseeing accounting, FP&A, endowment and cash forecasting, budgeting, audits, M&A/affiliations analysis, systems and controls, and board reporting. Serve as strategic advisor to the CEO and represent the organization externally while building and leading a high-performing finance team.

Lead frontline fundraising execution for a $350M+ campaign by managing donor portfolios, coaching fundraisers, coordinating cross-program donor strategies, driving pipeline and solicitation plans, and personally securing major gifts. Partner with senior leaders, Development Operations, and volunteers to translate campaign priorities into measurable fundraising outcomes and ensure disciplined CRM use and stewardship.
