Deploys and implements enterprise infrastructure across compute, storage, networking, virtualization, data center, and colocation environments. Responsibilities include rack-and-stack installations, cabling, hardware deployment, system integration, Layer 1/Layer 2 troubleshooting, customer collaboration, knowledge transfer, documentation, and independent management of deployment priorities. The role requires approximately 60% regional travel and regular on-site customer support.

Leads and develops a team of Solution Engineers supporting specialty sales. Partners with sales teams to design and present datacenter solutions across data protection, storage, compute, virtualization, and networking. Provides technical escalation support, manages solution scoping and delivery handoffs, builds reference architectures and demos, tracks sales metrics, and collaborates across technical practices on complex infrastructure opportunities.

Owns and grows a Southwest-region customer portfolio through net-new business development and account expansion, specializing in Palo Alto Networks cybersecurity solutions. Builds executive relationships, develops territory strategy, leads opportunities from discovery through close, coordinates with engineering, services, partners, and Palo Alto Networks teams, and maintains pipeline forecasting in Salesforce. This remote, field-based role requires approximately 20% domestic travel, strong consultative selling skills, and demonstrated enterprise or mid-market technology sales experience.
