Provides exceptional customer service, achieves sales goals, processes transactions, maintains merchandising standards, stocks and prepares products, supports store cleanliness, and follows company policies. The role includes product selling, customer loyalty building, POS data capture, promotional processing, training participation, and potentially ear piercing after training. Requires schedule flexibility, teamwork, physical stamina, professional presentation, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Deliver exceptional customer service using the G.U.E.S.T. approach; assist customers, explain product features, drive sales, ring up transactions, stock and merchandise product, maintain store cleanliness, participate in training, and follow company policies. May perform ear piercings after training at select locations.
