Supports the Massachusetts State Director by managing priorities, calendars, briefing materials, commitments, and cross-team coordination. Oversees Board of Trustees meetings, governance operations, records, CRM updates, and relationships with Trustees and external stakeholders. Manages special initiatives through research, timelines, accountability, and follow-through. Requires discretion, strong organization, project management, communication, diplomacy, and independent judgment in a hybrid Boston-based environment.

Leads global talent acquisition strategy and a small recruiting team while managing mid-level requisitions. Develops talent pipelines, advises senior leaders, partners with global recruiting stakeholders, and improves candidate and hiring-manager experiences. Oversees large recruiting projects and helps stabilize and optimize the Applicant Tracking System and Candidate Relationship Management system. Requires strong leadership, global collaboration, recruiting analytics, process improvement, and flexibility across time zones.

Leads integrated communications strategies for corporate sustainability, translating complex science and financial topics into compelling content for executives, investors, donors, and partners. Drives thought leadership, media visibility, speaking opportunities, digital channel strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. Manages initiatives, budgets, vendors, and potentially staff while positioning the organization as an authority on climate- and nature-positive business outcomes.
