Leads international membership technology systems, CRM platforms, analytics, reporting, fundraising operations, data governance, and business processes across multiple countries. Oversees system architecture, vendor management, project implementation, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making. Directs a multidisciplinary hub-and-spoke team supporting membership growth, revenue optimization, donor engagement, gift processing, and operational efficiency across global programs.

Leads a North American rancher networks strategy focused on regenerative grazing, grassland conservation, and resilient ranch operations. Manages multi-state partnerships, federal and private grants, budgets, conservation projects, and external relationships with rancher organizations, government agencies, nonprofits, and industry groups. Coordinates matrixed teams, develops conservation policies and tools, supports fundraising, ensures grant compliance, and advances adoption of improved grazing practices. The role requires extensive collaboration, independent decision-making, fieldwork in remote terrain, and frequent travel.

Lead sustainable finance projects for fisheries and aquaculture: manage project pipeline, design business and financing models, build financial analyses and business cases, advise field teams, manage consultants, and communicate value propositions to diverse stakeholders to advance conservation finance goals.
