Provides administrative and operational support to the Massachusetts State Director and chapter. Responsibilities include calendar and travel coordination, office and vendor management, IT coordination, compliance tracking, records retention, tax exemption filings, accounts payable backup, asset and vehicle administration, employee onboarding, events, meetings, and general office support. The hybrid role requires at least three days per week in the Boston office and occasional travel to Sheffield, Massachusetts, retreats, or business-unit activities.

Develops and coordinates finance training programs, curricula, communications, job aids, and support initiatives. Provides technical accounting and finance process guidance, identifies knowledge gaps, facilitates learning, supports Workday and related systems, manages documentation, and leads cross-functional projects to improve workflows, policy consistency, user adoption, and organizational effectiveness.

Coordinates internal communications projects, channels, events, workflows, stakeholder follow-up, translation and vendor processes. Drafts, edits and proofreads employee communications across newsletters, email, intranet and digital platforms. Maintains intake processes, dashboards, reporting tools and communications metrics while identifying engagement insights. Supports organization-wide initiatives and helps ensure consistent, timely communications through strong organization, project coordination, judgment and follow-through.

Coordinates agroforestry contracts, vendor and producer payments, invoices, reports, budgets, compliance, meetings, communications, and program processes. The role manages projects with multiple variables, supports farmers and partners, improves team systems, and ensures timely execution of grant-funded initiatives. It is remote within the continental United States, with occasional domestic travel and possible evening or weekend work.

Leads the Corporate Engagement advisory team, overseeing staff development, corporate relationships, portfolio management, budgets, capacity planning, risks, and complex client engagements. Translates organizational strategy into executable priorities and operating practices, advises senior corporate partners, coordinates cross-functional work, and ensures compliance with organizational, legal, financial, and risk-management standards. The role manages a global, multidisciplinary team and represents the organization in senior internal and external forums.

Leads fisheries transparency initiatives across Europe and Africa by designing, implementing, and scaling electronic monitoring programs. Builds partnerships with governments, industry, technology providers, and civil society; provides technical guidance on policy, governance, financing, and implementation; manages complex projects, grants, and collaborations; develops stakeholder capacity; negotiates solutions; and represents the organization in policy and international forums.

Supports the Policy Team through executive assistance, project coordination, meeting and special-event management, expense reporting, data and information management, reporting, contracts and budget support, communications, and administrative process improvement. The role coordinates stakeholders, tracks action items, manages schedules and logistics, ensures policy compliance, conducts research and analysis, and supports workflow improvements across teams.

Lead finance workstreams for Project Finance for Permanence transactions by developing financial models and strategies, designing sustainable finance mechanisms, supporting due diligence and risk assessments, and preparing finance materials. Manage complex work plans, coordinate cross-functional teams and government stakeholders, oversee consultants, facilitate finance workshops, and support transaction closing. The role requires English and Spanish fluency, project management experience, financial analysis skills, and domestic and international travel.
