Support the Shop Foreman in coordinating daily manufacturing operations, scheduling, inventory, quality, safety, and performance tracking. Act as a hands-on leader on the shop floor, help resolve workflow issues, support continuous improvement (Lean/5S), train staff, and provide operational reporting.
