Leads human resources and business office operations for a senior living community. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, compliance, benefits, payroll, HRIS administration, accounts payable, financial reporting, budgeting support, and Concierge team leadership. Partners with community leaders on workforce planning, succession, staffing, and culture while ensuring strong service for residents, families, visitors, and employees.

Provides direct nursing care to senior living residents, including assistance with daily living activities, monitoring medical and behavioral changes, developing and reassessing care plans, following physician orders, coordinating services, and supervising resident assistants.

Supports the financial services department through data entry, resident and health center billing, deposit preparation, accounts payable invoice review, invoice entry, approval routing, and check generation. Provides clerical assistance and helps coordinate daily accounting operations while delivering hospitality-focused service to residents, employees, and guests.
