Owns employee relations, HR operations, compliance, policies, HR systems, workforce reporting, performance processes, and employee experience initiatives for multiple client engagements. Advises executives and managers, manages sensitive employee matters, supports multi-state or global teams, and contributes to client proposals and business development. The role requires independent work in a fractional, remote consulting environment with occasional travel.

Serve as an embedded talent partner for growth-stage organizations, leading full-cycle recruiting and advising leadership on hiring strategy. Build scalable recruiting processes, structured interviews, scorecards, ATS usage, talent operations, workforce planning, and hiring-manager enablement. Provide market insight, talent mapping, compensation guidance, and candidate evaluation while managing multiple client engagements. This is a fractional independent contractor role requiring approximately 10–40 hours weekly, primarily remote with possible client-site support and travel.
