Leads human resources and business office operations for a senior living community. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, compliance, benefits, leave administration, payroll, accounts payable, budgeting, HR reporting, and workforce planning. The role also supervises the Concierge team, develops employees, and promotes a hospitality-focused culture for residents, families, visitors, and staff.

Provides direct nursing care to senior living residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, monitoring medical and behavioral changes, developing and reassessing care plans, administering care under physician orders, coordinating services, and supervising resident assistants. Reports community and resident conditions to the Director of Health Services and responds to community emergencies.

Provides accounting and clerical support for a continuing care retirement community. Responsibilities include entering resident and healthcare billing data, preparing deposits, reviewing accounts payable invoices, entering invoices, routing them for approval, and generating checks. The role supports the Director of Financial Services and requires attention to detail, computer skills, and basic accounting knowledge. Accounting experience is helpful but not required, and training is provided.
