Teams at The Center for Popular Democracy

Provide direct capacity-building support to affiliate organizations: recruit and engage members, deliver trainings, track organizing metrics, coordinate across teams, troubleshoot program implementation, support events and funder reporting, and occasionally deploy to the field for site visits, blitzes, and in-person trainings.

Lead Fightback Campaigner develops relationships with affiliates, allies, policymakers, and funders; designs and executes national base-building campaigns and leadership programs; coordinates with Organizing and Communications; organizes lobby days, trainings, and press events; provides strategic support and drives fundraising plans; travels regularly to affiliates and Washington, DC.

Administer and maintain CRM and data systems (EveryAction, Salesforce, BigQuery, CARTO), respond to staff and affiliate data/tech requests, ensure data quality and de-duplication, create and deliver training materials, build network capacity, manage vendor/consultant relationships, and travel occasionally for in-person trainings and support.
