Conduct OT and ICS inventories at DoD facilities, assess network architecture and cybersecurity compliance, create topology and dataflow diagrams, oversee field teams, coordinate site visits, and recommend remediation aligned with RMF, DoD standards, and UFC requirements. The role requires extensive domestic and international travel, customer collaboration, project reporting, and technical assessment of critical building systems.

Develop and configure IBM TRIRIGA solutions for facilities and real property management. Translate stakeholder requirements into functional designs, workflows, test cases, and implementation plans. Collaborate with business sponsors, end users, maintenance technicians, and technical teams on solution design, troubleshooting, effort estimation, testing, documentation, and delivery. Work independently in cloud environments while supporting federal and commercial clients remotely.

Support enterprise asset management data migration and system integration initiatives involving IBM Maximo. Analyze source and target environments, execute migration strategies, develop migration and interface components, validate data exchanged with enterprise platforms, and conduct quality reviews. Coordinate migration workstreams and help implement data governance standards. The role requires Maximo Integration Framework experience, large-scale data management expertise, and eligibility for Public Trust clearance.
